Commands - Stats

Permissions Check!

Make sure Statbot has the following permissions for the stat-related features:

• View Channel — Tracking stats. Generally not an issue unless you have this turned off by default.
• Attach Files Embed Links — Responding to commands. (Both /slash and s?prefix.)
• Send Messages Read Message History — Responding to s?prefix commands.

Many settings influence the stats you and your members see in Discord. Most important is the Lookback setting which defaults to 14 days. You can change the default Lookback with the /settings command, or on the Dashboard.

Actions

The stats commands have many shared actions in the form of persistent buttons or select menus. These may change depending on the current view.

Button	Name	Function
	Refresh	Edits the message with the most recent stats.
	Chart	Goes to the equivalent /chart view for the current response.
	Overview	Goes to the equivalent /stats view for the current response.
	Lookback	Changes the Lookback used for this response.*

* Custom lookback requires the Drilldowns Upgrade.

Commands

Commands that display stats about the server and its members. While other pages in these docs are split by command, this page will be split by type of stats to make it easier to see what stats are available.

/stats & /chart

These commands have subcommands found in the sections below.

Activities

Information about the activities (games & applications) members of your server interact with. Can be controlled with the Activity Filter setting.

Tracking and viewing Activity states (games & applications) requires the Data+ Upgrade, in addition to turning on Activity Tracking.

• Categories and Voice channels will display both text and voice data.
• "Contributors" is the number of unique users that participated in that period.
• Servers with the Data+ Upgrade also get a Top Emoji panel beside Top Message Members, with the channel's three most used emoji. The graph then spans the bottom of the card. Servers without the upgrade keep the graph beside Top Message Members.

Emoji

Information about the emoji your members use: a top 10 of the emoji used in your server, as a list beside a pie chart, and a chart of how the top emoji are used over time. Each emoji is shown with its picture and name; server emoji by their name, other emoji by their standard name. Emoji are counted by the same rules as the Emojis page of the Dashboard, so the same emoji rank the same way. Stickers are not included.

Viewing Emoji stats requires the Data+ Upgrade. Without it, the commands answer that the upgrade is required.

/stats emojis and /stats emo work the same as /stats emoji, and so do /chart emojis and /chart emo. With the prefix, s?emojis (or s?emo) opens the same breakdown. The server's top emoji are also a page of the /top menu, and its top three are on the "Overview" page.

Members

Information about the server's member count.

• Rank is determined by the server's settings.
• Servers with the Data+ Upgrade have a Top Emoji page, the last page in the menu, that ranks the server's emoji with their pictures and counts, ten to a page, in the same order as the /stats emoji top 10. The "Overview" page also lists the top three emoji, with their pictures, under a Top Emoji heading. Without Data+, choosing the page answers that the upgrade is required.

User

Information about a user's stats in the server.

• The "Applications & Emoji" box of the overview shows the user's most used application and, in servers with the Data+ Upgrade, their most used emoji with its count in uses. The emoji is left blank without the upgrade, or when the user has used no emoji. The graph spans the bottom of the card.
